How has GGC helped prepare you for where you are today? My degree from GGC has helped me in more ways than I can count. I can’t think of a day that goes by where I don’t rely on the knowledge that I obtained while at GGC. It’s amazing how many times a day you talk to a client, present a proposal or strike up a conversation and think, "oh yeah, I learned that in Dr. Saunders Ethics course" or "I remember ROI from Dr. Zang’s finance course."
Favorite memory about GGC: My favorite memory at GGC has been watching the college grow and prosper from several students and a building or two to several thousand students and a state-of-the-art campus that now includes athletics, dorms, a library and student center in which the entire community can be proud of.
My career has me traveling all over the country and it’s amazing to meet people in other states that know about GGC and all the great strides we have made as a college.
Favorite professor at GGC: My favorite professor while at GGC (and this is a tough one, they were all great) would have to be Dr. Zang. Dr. Zang was able to make finance a fun and enjoyable experience and I can honestly say the knowledge that I learned from her I continue to use in both my professional and personal life on a daily basis.
